• Files
• Images
• Branding assets
• Participant data

You grant Tadlace a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and transmit such content solely for providing the Services.

6. Participant Data

Quiz creators are responsible for:

• Obtaining required participant consents
• Providing required privacy notices
• Complying with applicable data protection laws

Tadlace acts as a service provider or processor for participant information submitted through customer-created quizzes.

7. AI Features

AI-generated content may:

• Contain inaccuracies
• Produce unexpected results
• Require human review

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publication or use.

Tadlace makes no guarantees regarding AI output accuracy.

8. Rewards and Incentives

Where rewards are offered through quizzes:

• The quiz creator is responsible for reward fulfillment unless otherwise stated.
• Tadlace is not responsible for disputes between creators and participants regarding rewards.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, trademarks, logos, and platform features, are owned by Tadlace or its licensors.

Except as expressly permitted, users may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Services.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Uninterrupted access

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fees remain unpaid
• Activity creates legal, operational, or security risks

Users may terminate their accounts at any time.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TADLACE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OF RESULTS

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

TADLACE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

TADLACE'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER TO TADLACE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tadlace and its affiliates from claims arising out of:

• Your content
• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms become effective upon publication.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
