Tadlace
Comparison

Tadlace vs Kahoot!

Kahoot is the better-known name and runs bigger rooms. Tadlace is built for the part Kahoot was never designed for: qualifying the people who played and following them up.

Kahoot! is built for: Classroom and workplace learning — quizzes, courses and training.

So which one should you use?

Honestly, it depends on the job. Here is where each of us is the right answer.

Use Kahoot! if…

  • Your audience already knows the name. Nobody needs to be told what Kahoot is, and at a booth that is worth something real.
  • You need more than 2,000 people in a single session. Kahoot goes to 5,000; Tadlace does not.
  • The job is training, not marketing — courses, certificates, NPS surveys and self-directed learning are all things Kahoot ships and Tadlace does not.
  • You are running the session inside Zoom or Microsoft Teams for a remote audience.

Use Tadlace if…

  • You need to leave the event with contactable, qualified leads rather than a scoreboard.
  • You want each answer to tell you something about the person — role, industry, intent — without adding a form.
  • You want a reward to land automatically when someone earns it.
  • You want a post-event report you can hand to whoever signed the sponsorship cheque, and a workspace view of every activation you have run.

Still deciding? Tell us what you’re running.

If Kahoot! is the better fit for your session we will say so. If it isn’t, we’ll show you exactly how the campaign would run in Tadlace.
